Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

All orders will leave our shop within 1-2 weeks. We are a small company and process all orders individually with care from Sisters, Oregon. All orders are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. 

 

International Shipping

Orders take significantly longer for delivery and may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond the control of Westbound Co. Please email us with questions about international shipping before ordering

 

 

Returns

We understand that sometimes items purchased online are not what we thought they were. But we really try to describe exactly what the items are and what it is used for.
The refund will only be issued when your purchase is returned to us in perfect condition within 18 days of you receiving the item. We will credit your original method of payment within 7 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.

Who will pay for shipping? 

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Unless returning to due to an error on our part or blemish in construction that was on our end.

 

Faulty Products:

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily apologize and replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.
